  • Will I receive a certificate of completion?

    Upon completing any course you enrol in at Hains Academy, you will receive a certificate of completion to recognise your achievement.

  • Are your courses self-paced?

    All of our courses are self-paced. This allows you to complete each course on your own schedule.

  • How long will I have access to your courses?

    We operate under a subscription model. Therefore, as long as you are a paying subscriber, you will continue to have access to our entire course library.

  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription with us at any time. Simply navigate to your account profile, click on "billing", and click cancel. You will not be charged from your next billing date.
